These rates are applicable three days before to three days after the official meeting dates subject to availability.

The theme of the meeting is Communion: Fruit of the Eucharist. The schedule for the meeting includes major addresses, workshops and business sessions. The speakers and respondents have offered the following study materials to help participants prepare for the meeting.

The meeting will be hosted by the dioceses of Region 7: Belleville, Chicago, Joliet, Peoria, Rockford, Springfield in Illinois, and Evansville, Fort Wayne-South Bend, Gary, Indianapolis, Lafayette in Indiana.

At the Philadelphia National Meeting in October, 2001, members of Region 7 offered a musical invitation to come to Region 7 next year.
