		Pumpkin Soup Salad of Spring Greens with Balsamic Vinaigrette Your choice of Entrée Warm Apple Strudel with  Vanilla Sauce Rolls & Butter Coffee, Decaf, Tea   Wine
		Entrée Choices
	Chicken Wellington  is mushroom filled chicken breast wrapped in puff pastry.   It is served with a wild mushroom sauce & vegetable  du jour.		Stuffed Pork Chop  is a center cut pork chop filled with sage dressing & cooked in a paprika sour cream sauce, served with buttered spaetzle noodles & farmer style green beans.		The vegetarian selection is Cheese Filled Manicotti accompanied by butternut squash filled ravioli, asparagus and broccoli, and porcini cream sauce with sherry.
