Banquet Honors

Ms. Joan Turel Diocese of Scranton Region 3 1989-2003

Joan has served as Chair of the Ministry  committee, Chair of the Eucharist and Liturgical Year Committee.  She has also served as Chair of the ad hoc committee for the Seminary Liturgical Formation Forum and will continue as a member of this committee. Joan has served on the BCL sub-committee revising Sunday Celebrations in the Absence of a Priest. In the summer of 2003, she retired as Director of Liturgy for the Diocese of Scranton.

Rev. Edward J. Hislop Diocese of Helena Region 12 1991-2003

Since 1991, Ed has served the Federation as Chair of the Board, Chair of the Eucharist and Liturgical Year Committee, and Delegate at Large on the Executive Committee.

Ms. Sheila McLaughlin Archdiocese of Chicago Region 7 1995-2003

Sheila, Executive Director of the Bernadin Center, has completed two consecutive terms on the Board. She chaired the National Process and Ministry Committees.

Mary Ann represented Region 11 on the Board since 1995. She has served as Chair of the Ministry Committee and most recently as Chair of the Sacraments Committee. Mary Ann is Director of the Office of Liturgy and Spirituality for the Diocese of San Diego.

David has been on the Board since 1993.  He has served as the Federation' Treasurer and has been a member of the Executive Committee. David is Director of the Office of Worship for the Diocese of Kalamazoo.

Rev. John Sauer Diocese of Winona Region 8 2000-2003

John, rector of the Diocese of Winona’s Cathedral of the Sacred Heart, served two non-consecutive terms with the Board. Most recently, he acted as delegate-at-large on the Executive Committee and facilitated the business sessions of the National Meeting.

Mr. Doug Reatini
Diocese of St. Petersburg
Region 4
2000-2003

Doug is the Director of the Office of Worship for the Diocese of St. Petersburg. He was elected to the Board in 2000 and has served on the Liturgical Arts Committee (now the Liturgical Arts and Music Committee).

Michael came to the Board in 2002 representing Region 5. He serves on the Liturgical Commission for the Diocese of Covington.
