You will receive via email attachment the PDF and
MS Word files for the Manuals, so that you can start to work on your local
adaptations. An invoice for the full CD will also be included in the
e-mail attachment.
 The Appendices are complete but production of the CD is
awaiting publishers’ permissions for use of copyrighted material.
The CD
will be sent to paid customers when available.
